Is it normal to skip your period 4 months in a row?

no, you are probably pregnant.

depending on your body fat percentage it happens. Not healthy though because the cycle could be permanently lost.

Iv'e skipped 4 periods and I am NOT pregnant. If you are pretty thin and you exercise alot it can throw off your cycle! Or the other way around. Nutrition can contribute as well. If you have only been having periods for 0-3 years it's normal not to have regular periods! Some people just have abnormal cycles.
