your bleeding could be due to, either you breaking your hymen or possible you have a cut there that you are unaware about. or you could have internal bleeding. it is probaley best to get it checked out by a doctor though just be sur what is going on down there

So many things play into having your period. Normal for one person isn't "normal" for another. Pregnancy (obviously), diet and stress all impact your period. If you are concerned and/or have other symptoms contact your physician.

if this is not normal for you the you should document it if this happens the next time your due for your period or you don't get your period at all then take a pregnancy test. If you wish not to wait that long take one but make sure you take it first thing in the morning. when you go see your gyn there going to ask when was your last normal period this will give you the correct accuracy if your expecting or not

I personally have my period for one day. I have consulted my doctor about it time and time again and was reassured that it was not a problem at all.

you could have a really heavy period the day before. your period may not appear until another 2 days sometimes especially if you have an irregular period.

yes, it's completely normal. it doesn't always mean your pregnant, but if you are sexually active than i would take a pregnancy test.

If she is young, it's possible. Your period takes several years to settle down into a regular rhythm.
