Well, If you are 20 years old,
Your BMI is 30.2, puting you in the 93 percentile, indicating you are a bit overweight. The healthy range is 94-140 lbs
There is a generator that will tell you more more correctly athttp://kidshealth.org/teen/food_fitness/… assuming you are under 21
I you!
Source(s):http://kidshealth.org/teen/food_fitness/…That depends on the height and body composition of the 13-year-old. Weight is related to height and body composition rather than age. I can tell you that I am about the same height if not exactly, and I don't have a lot of body fat at all, but weigh about 190. 175 lbs is considered about average weight for your AVERAGE man (who is only about 5'10" in America)- so 160 would be on the slender side even if you were 4" shorter.
Don't despair, though- depending on your build and genetics, that may well change as you fill out more in the upper body in the coming years. I was about 160 when I was 17- I had been on anti-depressants that somehow caused me to gain weight and shoot to 230 lbs at 15, then as soon as I stopped taking them, I dropped to about 145 lbs, which, at over 6', was absolutely SICKLY skinny. At around 19, and for the next several years, up til about 2-3 years ago, in fact, I started getting wider in the shoulders and filling out my musculature more- guys tend to get broader shoulders AFTER they stop growing UPwards. As a result of a combination of working out and simply getting bigger in structure, I hit 175 in 1 year at 19 and now hover around 190. In summary, yeah, 160 is really thin for a guy over 6'- but if or when you are done growing taller (in most cases, around your age), I would expect a broadening of the upper body and more muscle mass, meaning more weight, especially if you work out. At any rate, ALWAYS better to be really skinny than really fat. Cherish the metabolism of a child while you have it- some guys get really fat after 35 or so. I hope I don't- I'd rather starve myself and run 10 miles a day than see an ounce of unnecessary fat!
Not exactly. It depends on how tall she is.
It depends on how tall the 16 year old girl is. A normal weight of 165 pounds is considered healthy for someone who is 6 foot 1 inches tall.
Maybe, but it depends on many factors (height, gender, muscle mass, frame size, activity level, etc.). The best thing to do is to ask your doctor if you're at a healthy weight or not.
It depends on your BMI. (:
