As long as Susan and or the club do not sell the tee shirts, or profit in any way from the use of the logo it should be okay. This is dangerous territory, especially with a company like Disney, that goes to great lengths to protect it's images. In my opinion, it would be wise to err on the side of caution and omit any copyrighted images from the logo.
