None, it is the same. Answer.com answered the question, "What is the difference between Cider vinegar and apple cider vinegar" - and said. "None, it is the same." Does drinking vinegar cure vaginal yeast infections?

Candida is very tricky to get rid of. The only vinegar ever mentioned that many people find to be an effective treatment for candida is Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar, with the mother. Candida feeds off of any other kind of vinegar so only consume the Raw Apple Cider Vinegar. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The chemical "vinegar" is the same if it made from malt, wine or cider. The above recommendation does not seem to have any rational basis. If you are suffering from thrush I would recommend you go and see a qualified medical practitioner (a Doctor) about it.

There's no official recommended dose—definitely talk to your doctor if you're looking to drink apple cider vinegar to treat a condition. However, apple cider vinegar also has a long history of being a home remedy, and there is some scientific evidence that it might be beneficial to your general health. The typical dose of apple cider vinegar is 1-2 tablespoons mixed with a glass of water. You can drink the mixture before or after a meal.

What causes apple cider vinegar craving?

Apple Cider Vinegar, especially unfiltered and unpasturized apple cider vinegar is a superior prebiotic food. Prebiotics are the food that our intestinal microflora (probiotics) need to thrive. Other foods such as cultered vegetables (fermented/pickled vegetables) and young coconut kefir are also excellent prebiotics for our probiotics. For more information on this topic, I found the following website very helpful with researching the cravings I had for apple cider vinegar: http://www.bodyecology.com/07/04/05/apple_cider_vinegar.php I just came off of the Master Cleanse diet after 21 days and this is when my cravings started happening. With such intense cleansing, the digestive tract is severely depleted of the microflora the body needs to break down the food and aid with the absorption of nutrients. These beneficial microflora (probiotics) are essential not only for digestion but also for immunity to parasites and disease. Hope this helps! Rachel
