No, but you can get different colored contact lenses.
You cannot "Dye" your eyes but you can get Iris implants, and change the color of them permanently. There is a product/procedure called newiris, and it only take a few minutes and can be reversed.

Yeah, except the NewColorIris treatment is illegal in the US, and for a good reason. It will almost always cause vision problems, cataracts, swollen puffy eyes, etc. And you'll constantly be buying eye drops and such.
Also, it doesn't change your eye color, the implants simply cover it up. And you can always get them removed, back to the original color. Course, the surgery itself costs $7,500 to get done; so you'll be paying that same amount to get em removed if you don't like them.
You can't tattoo your irises, only the white parts. If you want to change your eye color, you only need to wait until they invent a liquid you inject into the iris; to bleed, absorb, and dye it a new color. Or, instead of waiting, invent it yourself!
it is in fact possible to change the color of your eyes by getting colored contacts or getting the white part of your eyes tattooed which is not recommended because if someone accidentally tattoos too deep, your eye can be punctured.
Your actual eye color doesn't change, but you can make it appear different. Varieties of makeup and colors of clothing can cause the illusion of a brighter eye color. There is also the option of colored contact lenses.
You cannot permanently change eye color, but you could invest in contact lenses to change your eye color.

You can buy contact lenses that will make your iris appear green, but will not change the actual colour (your eyes will still be brown once you remove the lenses).
It is possible because they can always carry the trait of having green eyes. You will most likely have blue eyes, though, because blue is a dominant color. :)
Green eyes are more rare than blue eyes. Brown eyes are the dominant characteristic, so they're not rare at all. Green eyes are rare, because it tends to occur when a brown-eyed/green-eyed couple have a baby. Most of the time, that baby will have brown eyes (since brown eyes are dominant). However, sometimes, the baby can have green eyes.

Hazel eyes are a blend between green and brown. At points in time, hazel eyes will change colour, sort of like a chamelion. When you are young you will be at the point where your eyes are the most green. As you get older, your eyes will become more brown, and sometimes will go directly to brown.
It is possible for a child with a brown-eyed parent and a green-eyed parent to have blue eyes if there is the trait for blue eyes in the child's genetics. Such as a grandparent with blue eyes.
