No, unfortunatly not.Yes, actually you can. You don't have to get your sim pregnant for this. Also, the youngest age you can have this child is a toddler. Here's how:

1. CLick Shift+Ctrl+C

2. Type in, boolprop testingcheatsenabled true

3. Click on any adult sim

4. Click Spawn

5. Click Tombstone of L and D

6. When a tombstone appears, click it, and click New Toddler Girl or New Toddler Boy. You can also pick adults or teenagers.

i wish u could cuz my sim always has boys! in fact she has 5 girls and 7 boys (yh i know she has 12 kids but they in fact only 1 lives with them now them being the mum and dad) both parents had a to have want to have 10 kids! they r all in college except one (i have the university ep)

When you think that your woman or man is about to have a child

save the game and go back to the neighborhood.

then you go back into the game and let your person have the child.

If it is the gender you want keep it or save.

If its not the gender you want,

go to the neighborhood without saving and keep doing it until you

have the child you want.

There are currently two main methods for choosing the gender of your babies. One requires a cheat, and one requires patience.

NATURAL

A natural way to make sure its a girl, make your sim "relax" on the bed. Keep in mind that the baby is more likely to be a girl if the MALE sim initiates try for baby, and a boy if the FEMALE sim initiates this action. This does not work 100% of the time.

CHEAT

Press CTRL, SHIFT, C and type:

• BoolProp forceboy 100 for males
• BoolProp forcegirl 100 for females

This cheat works about 75% because the game is attempting to keep a balance between male and female sims in your neighborhood - if you have lots of male sims living in your 'hood, the game will give you lots of female babies, and vice versa.

This is not correct. The game trying to give you certain gender children based on how many of a certain sex there are in the neighborhood. I should know, before I stopped cheating a large percentage of my sims were female. Reason? Its random, plus I cheated. Also BoolProp forcegirl and BoolProp forceboy are not real codes. If they were people wouldn't constantly post this question on the internet. If you DO want to choose the baby's gender do as following, mind you I have no idea how outdated this question is.

Load your lot, and then type in boolProp testingcheatsenabled true into the cheat menu. Then shit+click on your sim and summon Tomestone of L+D. Click the tome and press Simulate genetic merger (this is how you get pregnant) if you want a girl, click on a sim, and then have them click the simulate genetic merger thingy and have them choose a male sim. If you want a boy do the opposite, so choose a female sim.

Yes, you can! Press CTRL-SHIFT-C and type "boolprop testingcheatsenabled true" then hold down SHIFT and click on the sim you want to get pregnant. There will be many options, click on "Spawn..." then a new lot of options will be available. Click on "Tombstone of Life and Death". A tombstone will appear near your sim, have the sim that you want to get pregnant click on it, a set of options will appear. Click on "Get pregnant with..." and all the names of the sims on your lot will appear, click on the name of the person that you want your sim to get pregnant with and taa-daa! Your sim is pregnant :)
