Normally just by pressing the starter button! When you turn the ignition switch on the fuel pump primes and pressurises. When the starter button is pressed the motor turns over and fuel is injected. It is possible to bump start a FI bike but may take a fw goes - each time you try, the fuel pump will try to pressurise and eventually should fire. you can also jump start from another vehicle or battery.

The biker would be far better off being pushed by others or coasting down hill to jump start the bike. Jump starting any bike using a car can destroy the stator and regulator.
