Turn your vehicle off and then wipe the excess fluid from the power steering pump and line. Survey the power steering pump to see if their are any holes or dings. It may be hard to see so try using your hand to feel around. You may have to wait for engine to cool. If you did not find any leeks then top off the power steering fluid. Watch the power steering line while having a partner or friend turn the engine on and turn the steering wheel fully in one direction and the same in the opposite direction. Watch the power steering line to see how far up it is leaking. If you can not see where it is leaking because of too much fluid leaking, then re-wipe and try again. If you still can't tell then take the line off and make sure the hole on the pump where the bolt goes in is not damaged. Then make sure the bolt itself is not damaged. If the hole or pump is damaged then you need a new pump and if the line or bolt is damaged you need a new line.
