If you are licking a dog's anus, you are already sick. If a child or mentally challenged person does it without knowing better, then the logical answer is yes (note: I am not a doctor, and this is not medical advice). Anytime germs, bacteria or feces are ingested, there is a possible risk of becoming sick. Any concerns of this nature should be addressed by a family doctor, or if more serious symptoms occur, a trip to the hospital emergency room.

If you are talking about your butt cheek then it is not going to hurt you or the dog nor will it give you any diseases. The dog was probably just interested in the salt from your sweat.

It is not safe for a dog to lick your face. The tongue of a dog, although having many healing properties can not counter act the flesh eating bacteria in the saliva.
