yes... yogurt is full of l. balcari bacteria. they are able to live at tempratures of up to 34 degrees. the perticular strain will stop the formation of bad bacteria growing.. even at room temp! only yogurt contians the bacteria so dont try it with other dairy!

You should keep foods out of the danger zone to prevent bacteria from forming on foods. Bacteria can form on foods in the danger zone after just an hour. The danger zone is under 145 degrees and over 45 degrees.ANS 2 -No , Feta will not go bad if left out overnight.
This might depend on a) what is in the cans b) how accurate the scales are If a can with liquid in it is left open overnight some moisture may be lost by evaporation - making it slightly lighter than the unopened can. If a can is open, some particles of dust might drift into it - more than would settle on an unopened can - and make it slightly heavier than the unopened can. However, If the can has nuts in it I'll be tempted to take one or two, or a handful - making it considerably lighter than the unopened one.

Bacteria feeds on the lactose in milk. Lactose is a sugar found in milk. To protect the milk from bacteria growth, just make sure the milk isn't exposed to air. An unopened jug of milk left out on the counter overnight should be safe, but it gives me the willies to even think about it!
