Technically you are both the fiance/fiancee but by definition the fiance (with one e) is the man that is engaged to the woman and fiancee (with two e's) is the woman that is engaged to the man.
Man: fiancé.
Woman: fiancée.
Pronounced the same.
It's the man who is the fiance; the woman is the fiancee--i.e., these are in origin French words, with fiance (which has an acute accent over the e) being the mas- culine form of the French adjective meaning "betrothed" or "engaged," and thus as a noun meaning a "betrothed" or "engaged man"; adding an (unaccented) e to fiance makes the adjective/noun feminine, and thus fiancee means a "betrothed" or "engaged woman."
