IMPROVEMENT: No, like the person above me said, dreams are caused by things that are going on in your life. but in this instance you're dreaming of someone you like. It's not that they are thinking of you, it's that you're thinking of them. And it helps if you just let them know.

Actually you are thinking about them in your subconscious and not the other way, explaining why you are seeing that person.
to be honest i dissagree with this person cus iv tested it i went a day with out talking to my bf and i told him a night to think about me and that night i dreamed about him
and also my sister went on a trip and she met this guy she already new and she dreamed about him that night and i garantee he was thinking about her because she turned him down that night to dance

that's really hard to answer but most likely you have just been thinking about them so your mind in your sleep dreamd about them.
