∙ 12y agoPersonally, I don't think it's ok for a 12yr old to date period. I plan to make my daughter wait until she's at least 16 and then I'll be very touchy on the subject. My reasoning is that I seriously doubt a 12 year old is going to find her lifelong mate at that age, so I'm not sure what good could possibly come from it.

If a 15 year old is dating anyone under/or 10, that's when it's weird.
When a 12 year old is dating someone 17 or older, that's when it's weird.
As long as you're comfortable, it should be alright.

∙ 12y agoAt this time before 18 years old perso are not alloved legally activities.they are treated by all the countries are children.if somebody has the brillient mind they also treated the same way. the dating means a kind of sexual activities.even boys and girls are in their at the age of 21 they don't have the mental and physical meturity.
inthat view how it is possible to allow both of them to do dating.if they involed like this manner suddenly will they may follen physical mental deprestion.it will affect their future.

∙ 12y agoThere are no laws against dating so as long as the parents are fine with it it's OK. But the age difference is big and there are laws regarding sex which would be illegal for the both of you since the 12yo has many years left until she has reached the age of consent. The 16yo might have reached age of consent in his state and in that case he can have sex but not with the 12yo. Since the difference is so big between a 12yo and a 16yo the 16yo could get into serious legal trouble if that happened even though it technically would not be statutory rape but some other charge.
