Do you mean to ask if there's literally a green-eyed monster in Othello? If that's what you're asking, then no.

The "green-eyed monster" refers to the popular saying which says a persons eyes "turn green" when filled with the feeling of jealousy. One of the main themes in Othello is jealousy, along with deceit and betrayal. There is no physical green-eyed monster in Othello.

I don't know what you where expecting but the answer is simply an emotion, jealousy used in the term as " i see the green eyed monster" green being a negative colour to other people

Yes, in his speech at the end of Act 1 he says that he thinks Othello has slept with his wife and he's jealous. Mind you, he's jealous of Cassio, too, for being promoted over him. He's jealous of everyone who is doing better than he is, and wants to tear their lives down and make them miserable, and holds those who are doing worse in contempt. That's what low self-esteem will do for you.

Othello is jealous of Cassio because Iago had convinced him to believe that his wife Desdemona is having an affair with Cassio.

Yes, he became very jealous of Cassio for his supposed affair with Desdemona (that really did not exist, and was totally fabricated by the scheming Iago)
