Yes, both of his sons are still alive. His first son Julian is now 49 years old, and is an established musician in his own right. His second son Sean Ono Lennon is nearly 37 years old as of September 2012, and is also a musician as well as being an actor. He lives mostly in the USA, and his godfather is Elton John.
