I answered this on another post - but just in case you don't see it..here is what I've found:
I forwarded the email and the email header to Career Builder Trusted Site and Security department - the email I got from Daniel Morton with Life Ocean Limited had "Career Builder: Customer Service Position (application process)" as the subject. This is what they replied:

From the information provided we could not find a registrered or valid Employer using our site. The details are sketchy and at this time we recommend not going any further with the opportunity at this time.

The only information I could find about them (other than the site they provided) was a "press release" dated for September 24 - just two days before the position became available.
Secondly, I did a domain ownership check...and this is what I found:
