I had my Palm Pre from O2 Germany, screen stopped working after 3 days of use though it works when I plug the usb cable but when unplung it doesnt work.
As for Pre 2, you can Google pre 2 issues, its battery life sucks and when get chargerd it becomes damnt hot.
I REALLY HOPE after HP acquired Palm new phones will be built better.
WebOS is great but Palm Inc just missed their goal putting it in such a crappy hardware, thats why they are out of the game.
