Yes, it can load sprites to make ur animation become more easier. You don't need to download the weapons or something that you need from Droidz.org. You may do it yourself if you can. But the only disadvantage of Pivot 3 Beta is not a stable release. So, it will crashes sometime.

You may have downloaded 2 first making it the deafalt one and then got 3 so the computer thinks that you are getting pivot 3 sprites for pivot 2. Hope this helps.
