It all depends on where you're located, and what you're doing. If you are watching movies, yes it is illegal. Because you are not paying anything for it. That is unless you are located somewhere that piracy is legal. But it's a general file sharing site, so it's not illegal at all. What you do ON it, CAN be illegal.

However, on the flip side of the argument, it's not like you're downloading anything, and putlocker doesn't require you to be a member in order to view the content on their servers, so get watching and have fun!
