Possibly, though it depends on where in the world you are.
In February 2010, the show returned to Albania in its original form. As of March 1, 2010, a remastered version of the Sailor Moon anime returned to Italian television stations.
Toei, the animation studio behind Sailor Moon, has also stated that if the series' return is popular in Italy, an international revival will begin. However, it has yet to be announced if the English anime will be re-licensed or re-dubbed in any way, especially the never-before-licensed or aired-in-English fifth and final season of the series, "Sailor Moon Sailor Stars."
In 2009, animation company Funimation announced that they were considering an entire re-dub of the Sailor Moon series and asked people to take part in a survey on what their next project should be. The re-dub of the Sailor Moon series was included as a poll answer. The results of the survey have not been released to the public.
More recently, Toei advertised the possibility of re-licensing the remastered series to buyers at the MIPTV conference in Europe, which mainly deals with European media outlets. However, well-known U.S.-based companies Viz and Cartoon Network were in attendance at the event.
On July 6, 2012, a new Sailor Moon anime was announced, with special guests Kotono Mitsuishi (the original voice actress for the Japanese Usagi Tsukino/Sailor Moon), Tohru Furuya (the original voice actor for the Japanese Mamoru Chiba/Tuxedo Mask), and series creator Naoko Takeuchi's beloved editor, Osabu. It was stated that the new Sailor Moon anime would be released Summer 2014. It is expected to be a reboot of the entire series, not a continuation, and may follow the plot of the original manga more closely than Toei's initial animation did. It has not yet been announced if Mitsuishi and Furuya will reprise their original roles, or if Toei will be the studio behind the series' new animation.
That depends on where you live. If you live in the USA then Sailor Moon will only air again if US companies want and are able to license the show from TOEI which is the Japanese company that has the rights to the series in Japan. As of now, there are no US Licenses for the show.
Possibly, but it depends on where you live.
Sailor Moon has begun re-airing on the Japanese satellite network Animax, which focuses specifically on anime, as of September 1, 2011. The Sailor Moon movies are also being re-aired on the Toei Channel, the television station belonging to the animation studio that produced Sailor Moon.
Sailor Moon is experiencing a worldwide revival in anticipation of its 20th anniversary in 2012; the show has begun re-airing in numerous countries around the world, particularly Italy.
Licensing efforts to re-air the show began in 2010, but as of mid-September 2011, select networks in Europe and Asia are re-broadcasting the show, or are airing the remastered episodes from the new DVDs. There is no news yet as to whether it will be re-licensed in North America or re-dubbed in English.

No, Sailor Moon is not on Cartoon Network. Cartoon Network lost the rights to air the episodes in May of 2003.
If it applies for a new licence.
The Game show who want to be a Millionaire is still being aired on television. Meredith is sometimes on and since 2007 there has been fill-in hosts, but the game is still being aired on TV.
Two seasons that have already aired in England. It is showing the first season still in the U.S. as the disney channel decided to pick it up and show it.
Casualty is still aired.
Apparently not. I've searched also and they don't show anything that hasn't aired yet because it wasn't set to a network yet. Only shows that were already aired in other countries and is out in the media but is new in the US can be seen before being aired but not something brand new.
Well, nothing happened, it's just an old show and they are not making any new episodes. But it still comes on Disney channel.
YEH ANIME CHANNEL ON SKY, 199 how so?
People are still selling Sailor Moon merchandise, however the bulk of it is most likely bootleg and poor quality. For instance, the manga's poor quality is very obvious with bootlegs. They are no longer manufacturing Sailor Moon merch anymore, but if they get the rights to it again, I suppose it could happen. Sailor Moon is being aired again in some countries, so there is a chance they could get the rights to SM again.
Smallville is still being aired as of 6th October 2010. They are airing the 10th and final season.
she is doing a show that was a play called, "She's still not our sister, " that aired on the GMC channel in December of 2011.
It was running from 1989 to 1998. Even though the series is over you can still watch it on TV. The episodes still play on the original channel as far as I know.
The Game show who want to be a Millionaire is still being aired on television. Meredith is sometimes on and since 2007 there has been fill-in hosts, but the game is still being aired on TV.
One Piece is still currently being aired.
No. The Soap channel, which aired the previous week's episodes is no longer on the air.
Sailor Moon items are currently being revamped. New materials are being sold in stores such as book stores (comic books rereleasing) and also hot topic
Sailor and they are still called sailor's today.
Yes. She isn't in Sailor Moon much but she is still in it! :)
Yes Sailor Stars was the fifth and the last season of the original Sailor Moon version however Toei Animation has created a new version of Sailor Moon which is called Sailor Moon Crystal which is a retelling of the Sailor Moon story. Sailor Moon Crystal is being more faithful to the manga but there are still elements from the original Sailor Moon series such as the same villains and the same Sailor Soldiers as well as Tuxedo Mask, Chibiusa, Luna and Artemis.
