For practical purposes, selenium can be treated as not radioactive. 91.27% of selenium is of isotopes that are in fact not radioactive. 8.73% of selenium is 82Se, which is radioactive, but has a half life of 1.08 x 1020 years, many billions of times the age of the universe. There is also a radioactive isotope, 79Se, that is radioactive and found in trace quantities in nature. Like all elements, there are isotopes of selenium that are synthetic and radioactive.

Ordinary sulfur found in nature is not radioactive. Synthetic radioactive isotopes of all elements, including sulfur, do exist.

No, sulfur is 100% stable and will not undergo radioactive decay.

Selenium is a naturally occurring substance that is toxic at high concentrations but is also a nutritionally essential element. Hydrogen selenide is the most acutely toxic selenium compound. Acute (short-term) exposure to elemental selenium, hydrogen selenide, and selenium dioxide by inhalation results primarily in respiratory effects, such as irritation of the mucous membranes, pulmonary edema, severe bronchitis, and bronchial pneumonia. Epidemiological studies of humans chronically (long-term) exposed to high levels of selenium in food and water have reported discoloration of the skin, pathological deformation and loss of nails, loss of hair, excessive tooth decay and discoloration, lack of mental alertness, and listlessness. Epidemiological studies have reported an inverse association between selenium levels in the blood and canceroccurrence and animal studies have reported that selenium supplementation, as sodium selenate, sodium selenite, and organic forms of selenium, results in a reduced incidence of several tumor types. The only selenium compound that has been shown to be carcinogenic in animals is selenium sulfide, which resulted in an increase in liver tumors from oral exposure.

which salt? NaCl is non radioactive

This depends on the radioactive isotopes contained in a salt.

By the way, the sodium natural isotopes 22Na and 24Na are radioactive (fortunately the specific activity is extremely low).
