The answer would really just be an opinion. There's no fact in it. One person could say yes, another might say no. This is a question no one can answer correctly, but there can be a majority for one answer or the other.
If you knew someone that died from a terrorist attack, what would you think?? Safety should come first. It's not like you have anything to hide?

School safety focuses on the safety of children in school as they go about the educational process. It must consider that growing children are a) more in need of strict direction than adults, b) more susceptible to many hazardous chemicals than are adults, and c) parents have virtually no tolerance for their children being put at risk of injury, except if they are engaged in sports activity. Workplace Safety focuses on the safety of the working adult who is being paid by an employer to perform a task. Since teachers and administrators are adults working for payment in a workplace, there is some overlap between workplace safety and school safely, but the two areas are mostly distinct. School safety focuses on the children while workplace safety focuses on the adults.
