Homogenised milk is a homogeneous colloidal dispersion of the milk solids in the liquid milk. The colloidal particles are sized as per the requirements in high-speed colloidal mills. It is not a heterogeneous mixture.

some people say heterogenous while some say homogenous but i think skimmed milk is homogenous bcuz all i can see is milk i cant see the sugar nor the powder i only see plain milk.

sour milk is a heterogenenous form of matter bc when u strain it, u can see thick strands apart from the liquid part of the milk.
