Is the 100 year old steam tug BALTIMORE built in 1906 by Wm. Skinner the last hand fired coal burning steam tugboat left in North America that is still operational?

Not So Fast! The Steam HERCULES may still be afloat in San Francisco but she has long since been converted to burning oil and therefore is disqualified according to the question of being a hand-fired coal-burner. The answer perhaps is still out there in Cyber Bay but it isn't moored in San Francisco Bay. Good try though.
