Do you mean that when you pull in the clutch it won't disengage? The Intruder has a hydraulic clutch. It's usually because you need to bleed the air out of your clutch system or that your hydraulic fluid (DOT 4 brake fluid) is very dirty. You do this the same way you would bleed the brakes. To perform clutch bleeding on a 2000 Suzuki Hayabusa, start by locating the clutch master cylinder and identifying the bleed valve on the slave cylinder. Use a clear hose attached to the bleed valve, and open it while having an assistant pull the clutch lever to push fluid through the system. Keep an eye on the fluid level in the master cylinder reservoir to prevent air from entering, and repeat the process until clear fluid without bubbles flows out. Finally, close the bleed valve, top off the reservoir, and test the clutch lever for proper feel and engagement.
