It is true because every places in story are real places which until now exists and every character have proof of existence because there is statue in various place and scripture...At that time there was no video, no camera....so every event was written in paper and stone which exists till now ...There is about incarnation or reborn in Mahabharata which exists till now as dalai lama or many lama in Buddhist...No one can reject it because it exists till now.

Every one know and believe Buddha was existed..but after 1-2 thousand year people may doubt it existed or not...Sai baba which existed few year ago and have many video of proof but after many thousand year people may doubt he existed or not..They may saw video as proof but they doubt that is real or not... All these was real and people saw also but many year later that event became as story and people doubt..

Every one believe world war I and II..After many thousand year that becomes as story and people doubt that was real or not....All are real or true at present but later it becomes as doubt....People without knowledge believe it, people with greater knowledge believe it but who understand little bit don't believe.So, little knowledge is dangerous..

From the Vedas came the yaagaas of karma maarga. From the Vedas came the upanishadic philosophical pathways. From the Vedas came all the concepts of Indian spirituality. Unfortunately we never knew about this. We were (are) ignorant about Vedas and we are ignorant that we are ignorant about our heritage. We say Vedas belong to Hindus, even though Vedas never say so. Vedas belong to all the people world over particularly Indians. The Vedas are not written by Aryans but they are written for making everyone Aryans ( = great men). Ignorantly many say Vedas can be learned only by Brahmanas but the truth is that one should learn Vedas for becoming a Brahmana. We live in the hell of ignorance about Vedas and their messages.
