You can access internet, but that costs a lot of money and it can be pretty confusing so you will have to read the manual. Except for one game, there aren't any games that you can play unless you buy some. Other than that, it is a pretty good phone with good quality. It can be very confusing at times, especially the first time you use it.
I haven't had any problems with it. It is a little thick and heavy but you get used to it. The keys are a little small but if you are 11-14 years old, then they are not that small.

It depends. The Pantech Matrix has a dual slider. Plus alot of people say that the pantech matrix is the best phone they ever had. But I tried the Samsung Propel and Pantech Matrix at the mall. I thought the Samsung Propel is easier to learn than the Pantech Matrix. THE MATRIX IS MY CHOICE because it has more fetures and is just plain cooler. the samsung propel is an irregular shape so its weird if you put it in your pocket, and takes a while to get used to.
