This can only happen to a Beluga whale, because the sucker fish can't get there teeth through the thick layer of blubber of the others, but a Beluga whale has a thin layer of blubber, which the sucker fish can get into.
This is why the beluga whale got its name. Named after the Greek legand Beluga, who had such a small layer of skin, you could see her insides; but that's only a legend.
