It is a nonpolar compound because their electronegativity differences are not big and therefore rendering them nonpolar. Also the only intermolecular force evident in SO3 is the London force meaning that it is only nonpolar.

Its Non-Polar. SO4-2 exists as a tetrahedral structure and has six resonance structures which allow the two negative oxygen atoms to be placed all around the central Sulfur atom which essentially eliminates the chances for a permanent dipole to occur.

Sulfur dichloride is considered a type of polar molecule. The reason that it is polar is because of its bent molecular geometry that prevents dipole moments.
