Only if they use genuine Honda Transmission Fluid. Most of the time they don't. They use generic Dexron fluid because it's cheap. Then they add a bottle of friction modifier to match the friction characteristics of Honda. Honda has a special transmission fluid and if you don't use it, you can void your warranty. So you can have Jiffy do it if you want to buy your own fluid.

i dont think there is one just a drain and fill. if there is a spring and ball in the drain pay attention to how they come out. i blew my trainy by not putting them in right. Why is there not a guideline for replacing the transmission filter in the 2002 Honda Accord's owner manual?

so that the dealer can make more money when you need to bring it in :) lol i don't know why it isn't in there. you could always call and ask them though or search on the internet how to replace. Honda Accords do not have a transmission filter. That is why they recommend changing the transmission fluid so often. Simply change the transmission fluid as outlined in the maintenance schedule. This isn't any harder than changing the engine oil, so if you can do that, you should be able to handle it.
