It is a regular right hand thread bolt. Lefty loosey, righty tighty.
When its a left handed thread you would turn it counter clock wise which is right to loosen and left to tighten it.
The front compression nut is right handed, however the nut hold the clutch hub is left handed.
Not sure which of "the" bolts you are referring to. But every one I can think of on a voyager is right hand thread.

When you are facing the side of the tub (looking at the skirt) as if you are about to get in the drain will appear on either the right of you or the left of you. That will designate a right or left handed tub. This only applies to tubs that have the skirt (Side wall) as part of the tub. A drop-in tub has no skirt will not use the right or left hand designation as the same tub can be installed either left or right.
Its the normal right handed thraed... It IS torqued to about 120 ft lbs though... You may need to wedge the flexplate/flywheel to keep from spinning the entire rotating assembly when you try to loosen it.
The bolt holding the pulley to the tensioner arm is left hand thread. The nut holding the tensioner to the engine is right hand thread.
