Is the skeletal system the same in both genders?
Yes. Both males and females have exactly the same bone structure, including the same number of ribs. The only difference is that the female skeleton is usually smaller, the bones are more rounded, and the hips are lower and wider.
Well, its not a necessity for them to have both genders in their friends, but there are some things that girls can help a guy out with that a guy cant. A guy with all guy friends isn't doomed to a life of being a stupid insensitive man, same then for a guy with all girl friends. Its just nice to have both genders to turn to if you need them,

Outside of that, everything works the same. The lungs take in oxygen and absorb the oxygen into the blood, and they expel carbon dioxide and other waste gases.
