There are many products on the market that have completed clinical trials and have shown to be effective - however they are not evaluated by the FDA - so they cannot be called 'drugs'. Visit your loval GNC or other health store for suggestions that will help you with the exact area you wish to tackle! Alternatively, speak with your physician for prescription drugs that are on the market - and make sure you know about and understand any risks or symptoms involved.
There really aren't any certain foods that help you to lose weight. It's all about calories in, calories out. If you eat pineapple but then eat a ton of cake and cookies, too, then it won't help you in the weight department. But if you eat pineapple in moderation and with a relatively low-calorie diet, then it can lead to weight loss.
