Yes..is on the fuse box under the steering colum.
the relay is the only one of gray color.
good luck.
88 HONDA accord do not have a fuel pump reset button. If you replaced the fuel pump and still not getting fuel on your carburetor replace your fuel pump relay.
where is the fuel pump cutoff relay located in a honda 88 prelude?
Bad relay? (points burned and not releasing)
The relay is under the dashboard on the driver's side, under and to the left of the change holder. It's actually above another relay, just up and left of the fuse panel.
No
the main relay on my 88 accord lxi is located under the the driver side dash on the wall (left side) behind the fuse box i think it has 7 or 8 wires going to it (one wire harness) when mine failed it had no power to the fuel pump but it would act like it was trying to start lights would come on car would turn over but wouldn't start because it had no fuel hope it helps mat
It's the "master relay" located under the dash. It clicks when you turn the key and you hear the fuel pump pressurize. Part no is usually RZ-XXXX and you can get em at the Honda dealer.
in mom
The standard 98 hp engine has a carburetor. The optional 16 valve SOHC 120 hp engine was fuel injected.
On a 88 accord DX there is 2 filters. 1 is left rear @ edge of wheel well and other is left side under hood @ firewall.
No, the 88 is the 3rd generation and the 92 is the 4th generation.
The computer is located underneath the driver's side seat
