Yes, I believe it is located under the driver's side dash. It has a black rectangular cover. The owner's manual has pictures of all fuse panels.

Change this when both front and back wipers fail to work. Under the steering wheel on the left side there is a small flip out thing (I keep coins in it). If you take it out, there is a fuse panel behind it. The wiper fuse is on that panel. And on the back of the 'drawer' is the label for the panel.
