In this senario, probably not. But remember, a condom is 99% effective. There is a 1% chance of failure. Further, Ejaculating 15 minutes after pulling out doesn't protect either. The pre-seminal fluid contains a certain amount of viable sperm as well. And even more, if the male ejaculates and removes the condom, any residule amount on his fingers can remain viable for a couple of hours after ejaculation.
