No - only a minimum age.
According to Article II, Clause 5 of the US Constitution:
No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of
the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall
any person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty
five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.
Practical considerations limit the maximum age since the human body wears out to such a degree and campaigning is so grueling that it is unlikely that anyone would be running for president when they were in their 90's.

Ronald Reagan was 69 years, 349 days when he first took office. He was 73 when he ran for (and won) his second term as President and served until he was 77 years, 349 days old.
