You have to just keep doing jobs on the job bulletins, and after a while, you go back to the Guild and Team Charm will be there. They will then give you a mission for Ageis Cave. Hope this helps :p

There are 4 legendaries in Ageis cave. Regice, Regirock, Registeel, and Regigigas.Each has their own feild and come in that exact order. Notice how unowns look like letters? Well, sometimes after you defeat an unown, they will drop a stone. Each stone looks like an unown, which looks like a letter. When you enter a new cave in Ageis Cave, there will be a tombstone-looking statue with unown indentations on it. If you look closely, you will see that the code is actually a word. First is ICE, so you find unowns that look like the letters I,C, and E.Then comes ROCK, then STEEL. After defeating Registeel, you will go through a dungeon and encounter Regigigas and his 9 minions. When you defeat Regigigas, there will be a red statue that will ask you a question. Answer yes and the Concealed Ruins will be revealed!

The first part of aegis cave is the ice one. So, as you move through the 3 floors of the Ice Ageis cave, collect the I-C-E unown stones (they are sometimes dropped by unown after you defeat them) and talk to the pillar after you clear the dungeon. (3 floors). Then you have to beat regice to go on. Then you do the same for rock and steel ones. At the very end, you get to battle a bunch of hitmonlees, bronzongs and a regigigas. Goody.
