There isn't a "Saint Brian" per say, but Saint Edmund Arrowsmith was also known as Saint Brian Arrowsmith, as Brian was his birth name, though he preferred to use his confirmation name of Edmund. His Memorial Day is 28th August. More information can be found in related links.
There was also Blessed Brian Lacey, who, though he wasn't a saint, died as a martyr for helping and hiding priests, and as such is highly regarded. He was hanged on 10th December, and that date is his memorial day.
