I have 2 1992 Bonnevilles that were leaking the supercharger oil out in short order. The replacement seal is a DAE 20x47x70 MM. GM replacement oil is part #12345982. The service manual at the GM dealer says a synthetic oil is OK. Any machanic should be able to replace the seal and refill with oil. The fill cap screw is under the plastic shield and is torx. The pulley must be removed with a small gear puller. Hold the pulley with a link wrench or pipe wrench to remove the nut and replace. An air impack is a total NO,NO. Can cause internal damage. (Fairly tight, DO NOT POUND ON ANY PARTS as this may cause internal damage).Clean up any marks on the pulley with a fine file after you are finished and replace the belt.

This information can be found in your owner's manual. If you do not have one, then I suggest you get one. You need an owner's manual to know what items to service and when, and for specifications. You can order one from a dealer, find one at a salvage yard, eBay, or one of these sites:
