Yes there is! The most famous transcription (or arrangement) was made by the famous romantic composer Robert Schumann. I suppose, it is available at Edition Breitkopf, Germany. The cello part is not changed at all and the piano part is just a kind of harmonic support. So all in all Schumann respected the Bach origin and tried not to alter the musical substance.
