Is there a way to bypass the remote wire when installing amp to factory stereo?
Yes you can connect it right to the hot wire along with the Main
B+ but why? Most car stereo have a wire for electric antennas
(labeled as such) and they are very handy to turn on the amp
especially if you want to connect the amp main B+ right to the
battery for high current which is desirable, you can also probe the
fuse box with a voltmeter and find a fuse that only has power when
the key is on or in ACC.
The reason being y i dont want to use the remote activation is
because im going ipod amp speakers and my ipod dosent have a remote
activation. If the dont know its there then they wont look to steal
