This program is ADWARE / SPYWARE.
The programs installer install Zwinky along with "Bonus Software"...
" Smiley Central™, Cursor Mania™, Popular Screensavers™, the MyWebSearch® search box and Search Assistant."
Tracks you text input online and sends back to a server, this is the spyware part.
They spy to provide ads targeted based on your search patterns, etc.
When the bonus software is installed, new BHOs and autorun entries may be created.
Warning: This program can be installed without permission if your computers security settings are not configured properly. Make sure that your computer is up-to-date and has a good anti-malware scanner like MalwareBytes.

On Zwinky, there are a lot of people using bad language. People are using sex and it's wrong for 13 year olds to see things like that. Also. Zwinky has viruses or spyware. They have many but most people (including myself) went on Zwinky and the mouse stopped working and then the keyboard freezes and then it shuts down completely. I called in someone I knew and they fixed it with a discount. Now you can't curse on Zwinky when you are in Zwinktopia but I'm not sure if that's true when you comment. People can follow you if they add you as a friend and you add them as a friend. They can go to your room (if you have one that isn't set to private). Besides that you will be fine. If you get upset a lot DO NOT use zwinky! Scanning the Zwinky executable with ClamAV reveals spyware.

Well, Zwinky doesn't have a virus at all, the problem is with MyWeb Searchbar, which comes with the program. This searchbar's classified as a malware (it contains spyware and also adware), Because of being a spyware, tracks your browsing habits, showing you ads about things you like. IAC (InterActiveCorp Search & Media) is trying to make Zwinky & related websites look legitimate. They even paid McAfee to keep them as green website (it was yellow before). Also, if you search by "zwinky.com" on Web of Trust it has a poor reputation. Zwinky can be *really* dangerous for your machine, so uninstall immediately because your computer can slow down and crash, or sometimes worse: your PC can never work again. It's like Zango, it consumes the processing power and internet bandwidth, slowing down your PC. One of Mindspark's spyware crap. They also own Zwinky, Cursormanina and there filled with spyware. Don't trust that garbage.
