I have a 86 s- 10 blazer and replaced the in tank fuel filter . there is no access door and the only way to do it is to drop the tank.=However, once you do drop the tank there is sufficient room under the cargo matting to install a " flapper door " in the floor so the next time changing will be accessible from the interior.=
