The fuel tank must be removed, unless there is an access panel in the trunk or under the rear seat. The fuel pump is mounted on the top of the fuel tank.

The Electronic Control Module (ECM)/ Powertrain Control Module (PCM) is located inside the passenger compartment under the dashboard behind the relay panel. Remove the lower trim panel under the glovebox for access to the relay panel and the ECM/PCM.
It is located in the fuel tank. Unless there is an access panel in the trunk or under the rear seat, the tank must be removed in order to install the pump.
The screws that fasten the panels under the dash of a 1994 Chevy Lumina are Phillips screws. After you remove the screws, you will need to pry the panel off carefully since there are clips that also hold the panel on.
Check your manual. I believe it is mounted inside the fuel tank although another poster mentioned some cars have an access panel. You probably have to drop the gas tank.
I have a euro lumina and I have two there is one in the glove compartment one one under the hood on the right side of the engine on top. I hope that helps.

Some cars have an access plate under the back seat. Most do not. Check for the access plate, if no plate then you must drop the tank.

The battery is located under the hood on a 2000 Chevrolet Lumina. The battery will be on the drivers side.

Mine is white in color.
Unless there is an access panel in the trunk you will have to remove the fuel tank. I would check with your Chevy dealer, as this may still be under warranty.

I don't know of a flasher TERMINAL. There is a turn signal flasher in the wiring under the dash next to the steering column and an emargency flasher that sometimes is in the fuse panel.
It should be under the air filter, which needs to be removed temporarily to access the low(blue) charge valve.
