I just tested it, and it didn't work. I am using No$GBA with Pokemon Platinum ROM though.

if you have an action replay you probably have the walk anywhere cheat so you don't actually need the members pass, if your only goal is to get Darkrai it's easy

go to full moon island you can get there from Canalave. Go to the island and just walk to the right after a while you'll find a new place called new moon island it's similar to full moon island you can find Darkrai there.

I really think it works. I have done this cheat with tons of other Pokemon.

Please follow these steps after you enter the code and start the game.

1. Fly to Oreburgh City.

2. Go inside the Pokemon center and deposit at least one Pokemon.

3. Return outside. Now you should have at least one extra slot in your party.

4. Go behind the Pokemon center and go into the Oreburgh Mining Museum.

5. Press L+R and talk to the spazz with black hair and glasses. He should say "You were gone too long! You kept us waiting! Unacceptable! This is your DITTO! You be good to it, OK!" Then he asks you if you want to name it and blah blah. Look at your party and there is a ditto level 20!

THIS CODE WORKS! USE IT!!

Hey people just some extra info for you!! When you have gotten your ditto or whatever, in case you didn't know, you can press L+R again and to talk to the guy with glasses and get another ditto!! ( You can do this with any Pokemon and as many times as you want as long as you have inventory space and always hold L+R when talking to him!!) If you have any diff questions about Pokemon, type it up on my comment board and i can answer just about anything Pokemon related!!
