Is there an identity thief working in the lake county IL Census office under an assumed name?

There is an individual working in that office who claims to love everyone she meets .

She claims to have been a victim of identity theft. She transferred from a different Local Census office where she was working in recruiting. She now works in Administration and has access to lots of sensitive information. There does appear to be a snake in the henhouse now.
