You have to talk to the detective guy in the hotel thing, and get the key. i dont really rememberrr, but try itt? Where in the game are you anyway, maybe if u were to explain that people would be able to help u more, my little brother has the same game and he beat it, i tried asking him and this is his response.. you have to get arrested in the hotel, how you do that is by getting the key in the guys office and let him catch you and act like a criminal when he talks to you so you can get arrested, and the cops will take u to the city in the jail, but make suure you talk to the detective guy right next to the jail cell that you'll be living in, then you can buy a house from there. You can buy stuff by going to the shop and going up to the lady next to the cashier and pressing X it'll show you choices you can buy, or sell your stuff. Hope this helps. :]
