No.

Even though Neptune has not been properly explored, we know the answer to your question is no.

Neptune is too far from the sun, therefore is too cold to support life.

Neptune's gravity is also greater than Earth's, so the pressure on the planet could crush small creatures, preventing evolution into larger creatures.

Also, Neptune is a gas giant, it does not have a rocky surface for anything to stand on.

Unknown. Highly unlikely because its a gaseous planet but unless there are life forms somewhere in the universe that can handle the cold temptress and instead of oxygen they probably breath gas and methane and would live on gas planets like the ones in our solar system Jupiter, Neptune, Uranus, and Saturn then sure it might of been possible. But there's no life there now and if it ever existed then it might of went extinct millions of years ago or something could have wiped them out such as an asteroid or something very deadly. But as far as known we have not found any evidence of Neptune if it ever supported life or not. But it turns out that Neptune is impossible for life since it's so cold and is made of gas. So if there was life on it ever, it would be very bizzare and would not be anything like our life forms here on Earth.

Quick Neptune Fact:Average surface temperature of -200 Celsius, peak core temperature 7000 Celsius.

Below the surface at some depth is layer of gaseous hydrogen/helium/water/methane at room temperature (27 Celsius).

There aren't the heavy elements (iron, silicon, sodium, etc.) in that layer that there are on earth so there might be some form of life but it wouldn't look like earth life.

The outer layers of Neptune are quite turbulent, which limits life to something small.

Convection (which would carry life into inhospitable temperatures) is inhibited by the condensation of water and methane so...

Maybe (but not likely).

No, there is no life on Neptune, but it's possible that there is a unknown form of bacteria in the ammonia on that planet.

No. Scientists don't think gas planets like Neptune could support life. Earth is the only planet known to support life.
